Apollon University of Applied Sciences

The Apollon University of Applied Sciences was founded in the fall of 2005 and is a state recognized, accredited private college offering degrees by correspondence. The Apollon University is located in Bremen, Germany and specializes in the growing health and social care economy. The Apollon University is part of the Stuttgart, Germany based Klett Group.

Around 3,500 students (Bachelor and Master) and 850 certificate course participants are currently enrolled. There are eleven Bachelor’s and eight Master’s degree programs and 50 certificate courses to choose from. In addition to the expansion of our distance study program and certificate course offer, the Apollon University also continuously increases the number of tutors who are experts in their industry or field. Currently, there are 200 teachers working for the university.

The tutors and focal points are assigned to a total of three departments: Health Economics, Prevention and Health Promotion, Nursing and Social Affairs. The Apollon University’s further training and distance study programs offer modern know-how for different fields of work in the health and social industry. All course curriculums are designed in close cooperation with experts from the respective disciplines.
