Christa Traubel

Christa Traubel is the hostess at the Hubertus Mountain Refugio Allgäu in Balderschwand. Together with her husband Karl and son Marc and his family, she runs the wellness hotel at 1044 metres above sea level, where a very special concept is lived: Holistic Life. The holistic wellness and health concept was designed by Christa Traubel herself.

Originally, Christa Traubel worked as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant and later trained as a yoga and Ayurveda therapist as well as a non-medical practitioner.
