Daniel Schöfisch is Chef de Cuisine at the wellness hotel Seezeitlodge Hotel & Spa. He graduated from the renowned Heidelberg Hotel Management School as a master chef and took part in competitions at home and abroad with great success at an early age.
Daniel Schöfisch was active as a member of Germany's national team of chefs and has already served Pierce Brosnan and Rod Stewart his creations. Born in Berlin, he was most recently head chef at The Bank restaurant at the Park Hyatt Vienna. At the Seezeitlodge, he shapes a natural and innovative style of cuisine.
