Felix Weber

Felix Weber is a star chef in the Hofstube at the Deimann - Romantik- und Wellnesshotel. The 32-year-old is the only star chef in the Sauerland. 

He first learned to cook from his father. He actually wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and take over his parents' inn. After many stations throughout Germany, however, he ended up at the Hofstube Deimann, where he earned his first Michelin star in 2017 and has held it for five years by now. His motto: It's not enough to look good, it has to taste really good. Taste, love and perfection are his main ingredients.
