Karsten von der Heide is director at the Ambassador Hotel & Spa in Sankt Peter-Ording. After stations on the Baltic Sea on Rügen and on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, as well as a detour to northern Hesse, he is now working on the North Sea. Von der Heide particularly appreciates the landscape and climate in northern Germany.
