Walter Traubel

Walter Traubel is co-owner of the HUBERTUS Mountain Refugio Allgäu. 

Together with his brother Karl, he took over the house after the death of their father. The second generation made the transition from gastronomy with guest rooms to a wellness hotel. Today, Marc and his wife are the third generation to run the Hubertus. Walter looks after the Bärenfalle mountain hut, which is located in the middle of the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park.

Whether on foot, on a mountain bike or on skis: In his free time, Walter likes to be out in nature. He knows the Allgäu mountains like the back of his hand.
