Life Kinetics

What is Life Kinetics?

The aim of Life Kinetics is to stimulate neuronal learning processes through many different tasks and thus to improve the brain's performance in the long term.

How does Life Kinetics work?

Life Kinetics training is always a combination of movement tasks and cognitive challenges. The combination of unusual coordination exercises and mental exercises stimulates the brain to create new connections between the brain cells. In this way, new synapses are created, which are supposed to increase mental potential and promote performance.

Another important aspect of Life Kinetics training is laughing and having fun with the unusual movement sequences. Laughter promotes the release of the hormone dopamine. Dopamine conveys positive emotional experiences, which is why it is also called the happiness hormone. The increase in dopamine levels through laughter also promotes the formation of new synapses in the brain.

What is a practical example of a Life Kinetics exercise?

A simple Life Kinetics exercise might look like this:

The trainer shows the participants colour cards (for example, green, red, blue, etc.). Each card represents a direction of movement. Green=forward, blue=right to the side etc. The participants have to remember the colours for the corresponding directions of movement and move according to the colour card shown. While doing so, they recite the 1x7.

What success does Life Kinetics bring?
