In their treatment discriptions, wellness hotels often use technical terms, which are hard to understand for potential guests. Ice Fountain
As the name already suggests, an ice fountain is used as a cooling down method, which is most commonly used after a sauna visit. There is flake ice in the ice fountain, with which the heated body is rubbed, creating a tingling feeling on the skin. The circulatory system is stimulated and at the same time the immune system is strengthened. By making use of of this measure on a regular basis, it can have a skin-tightening and heart-stimulating effect.
