In their treatment discriptions, wellness hotels often use technical terms, which are hard to understand for potential guests. T-Bow
T-Bow is a training tool,
which has been developed in Switzerland. The aim of the T-Bow is to train five different elements during a workout session: The cardiovascular system, muscular strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Besides that, it does good to joints, reduces back pain und simultaneously even trains the core. The T-Bow focuses on relaxing muscles and preventing injuries by stretching tense muscles hurting for example because of too much sitting. Also weak muscles can be trained with the help of the T-Bow.
One can even practice Pilates with the help of a T-Bow. Here, the training tool guarantees optimal stabilisation by strengthening the lumbar spine while simultaneously training core muscles.
