Swedish Massage
Swedish massage - What does it mean?
Is considered a proven classical full-body massage and is therefore usually prescribed by doctors. Various manual techniques such as stroking, kneading, tapping and shaking the body are used to treat muscle tension and hardening in particular - a typical back massage. In addition to stimulating the flow of lymph, the Swedish massage also helps to remove waste products more quickly.
