Whey Cure
What is a whey cure?
A whey cure works as follows: Everyday, 1 to 1.5 liters of whey or whey powder are diluted with water and drunk in small sips, distributed to 6 to 8 portions. Additionally, 2 to 3 liters of water, herbal teas or unsalted vegetable broth are suggested.
Fresh nettle, dandelion or artichope plant juices can also be drunk for blood purification and detoxification. The whey cure diet is a targeted cure for weight loss, with the help of which 400 to 500 grams of weight are reduced per day.
